The coast road itself, after Dingle is really beautiful and requires many stops.

23/11/2003, Olivier Deme wrote: Sle? Head is without a doubt the main centre of interest of the Dingle Peninsula. And for good reasons!
It is one of the most magnificent places in Ireland and relatively preserved from tourism.
While not as dramatic as other incredible coastal sceneries, such as the Cliffs of Moher or Mizen Head, Sle? Head is of a truly beautiful nature. One can park his car and enjoy the sound of crushing waves onto the rock plates, polished by centuries of relentless erosion.
The Blasket islands show their distinctive silhouettes against a sky that is more than often very dramatic.
